About the role
n
We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at our Abbotsford Office.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Identify, meet and engage new channel partners
n
Expand existing relationships and increase their transaction volume
n
Adhere to reporting structure and meet KPIs
n
Manage sales transactions for your networks including contracts, deposits, settlement
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n




Demonstrable experience in business development, real estate, wholesale channel operations
n
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or real estate is required
n
Strong network and established relationships with channel partners
n
Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills
n
Experience in the H&L; space in Victoria
n
Ability to work independently and proactively to identify opportunities and drive results
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application
n
Australian Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
n
