Job Description

AECOM in Newcastle, NSW, seeks an Associate Director - Water Resources to lead technical delivery on flood engineering and water resource projects. This senior role shapes approaches, mentors engineers, and ensures defensible outcomes for clients.

You will lead flood studies, hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, and water management strategies, working with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with regulators and stakeholders under Australian standards.
