Clinical Facilitator (Registered Nurse/Educator)

First Choice Care is looking for experienced RNs interested in branching into teaching and education. As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll guide nursing students through their placements, helping them build real, hands-on skills.

With demand higher than ever, we're expanding our Sydney team and looking for Clinical Facilitators to join us.

About you

n

We're looking for RNs who take pride in their clinical skills and enjoy mentoring others. You'll need:

n

n
At least 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
n
Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
A Bachelor of Nursing
n
The Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles short course (completed or in progress)
n
Confident communication skills, comfortable liaising with clinical teams, educators,



and students alike
n
Sharp written skills for student assessments and documentation
n
A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
n

n

It's also a bonus if you've got a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, prior teaching/facilitation experience, or have completed a preceptorship.
