Scoglio Law has an exciting role for a Junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2 - 3 years PAE) to join our boutique inner-city law firm!

Responsibilities
n
n
Drafting advices, pleadings and prepare matters for hearing;
n
Insolvency matters, bankruptcy and company liquidations;
n
Provide support and assistance to our Principal and Consultant Solicitor, on larger court matters;
n
Have exposure to all aspects of the litigation process from taking the client's instructions to appearing in court;
n
Case based Legal Research for the senior practitioners;
n
Assist with business development and marketing initiatives
n
n
Qualifications & skills
n
n
Experience working in Commercial Litigation, particularly Dispute Resolution, highly regarded (2-3yrs PAE);
n
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
n
Strong research and drafting skills;
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
n
Ability to meet deadlines;
n
A desire to learn and develop professionally;
n
Full Australian working rights
n
n
Remuneration will be commensurate with relevant experience.
n
