Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of the Azure-hosted single page application.
n
Establish the layered application architecture, including presentation, view model, business logic, service/API and data access layers.
n
Design reusable application patterns for DTOs, view models, service interfaces, repositories and API contracts.
n
Lead development standards, coding practices, application structure and technical quality.
n
Work with the Azure Data Architect / Engineering Lead to ensure the application aligns with the data model.
n
Work with the UI/UX Design Lead to translate user experience designs into practical application components.
n
Work with the Azure DevOps Integration Lead to support automated build, test and deployment practices.
n
Develop application services to support workflows, operational state, business rules, alerts, decision support and evidence capture.
n
Ensure the application is secure, supportable, maintainable and scalable.
n




Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across the build.
n

Experience Required
n
n
Solid full stack application development experience in Azure-based environments.
n
Experience with layered application architecture, including presentation, business logic, service/API and data access layers.
n
Experience with APIs, DTOs, view models, repositories, service interfaces and application integration patterns.
n
Experience with Angular and/or React JS, supported by modern front-end development practices.
n
Experience with Azure application services, Azure SQL, identity, monitoring, deployment and support practices.
n
Experience applying secure coding, access control, auditability and maintainability practices.
n
Ability to lead technical design discussions and guide other developers.
n
Strong communication skills and ability to work with operational, technical and business stakeholders.
