Role Description
As a Senior Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant at Ecali Fine Jewellery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our prestigious family-owned boutique in Subiaco. We are a small team who are very conscious of a work life / home life balance. This can be a full-time role or part time role and will be crucial in delivering an unparalleled shopping experience to our discerning clientele.
What you'll be doing
Engage with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalised recommendations
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional, personalised service.
Client relationship management experience is preferred to foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through significant emotional purchases such as engagement and wedding rings.




Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our exclusive jewellery collections
Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
Maintain an impeccable store appearance and ensure product displays are visually appealing
What we're looking for
Experience in either luxury retail or jewellery industry is sufficient to meet our requirements
Weekend availability is required as part of your flexible working schedule.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing a premium shopping experience
Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the unique features of our jewellery
Comprehensive jewellery product training will be provided from the beginning as no prior product knowledge is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to maintaining store presentation standards
Flexible and adaptable
A team player who is willing to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the store
Valid work visa or Australian work rights are acceptable for this position.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous
Certification in Gemology or Jewellery Design is a plus
