Position Overview
n
Due to continued growth, our client's water treatment and chemicals solutions business is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer for the Perth Metro area. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence to ensure optimal performance of water treatment systems across multiple industries.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Perform in office assessments, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
n
Manage chemical dosing programs and monitor system performance across industries such as mineral processing, food and beverage, and manufacturing.
n
Support the installation and commissioning of water treatment systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and adherence to safety protocols.
n
Provide clients with technical reports and recommendations for system improvements.
n
Develop customised water treatment solutions for RO and membrane filtration systems systems, optimising performance and reducing costs.
n
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
n
Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency situations.
n
Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all client systems.
n
Requirements
n
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or trade background
n
Experience in water treatment systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
n
Knowledge of chemical dosing programs, reverse osmosis and water quality standards in Australia
n
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
n
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
n
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
n
Certification in water treatment technologies preferred.
