NextSense's Infrastructure Services team seeks an End User Analyst to provide first-level IT support, manage assets, and ensure secure, reliable computing for staff. This temporary full time role (38 hours per week) reports to the Infrastructure Manager and is based onsite at Macquarie Park Headquarters.
You will handle tickets, document solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding NextSense's child-safety and privacy policies.
