Program Manager – Digital Products

Required Skills:
n
n
Proven experience as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Digital Program Manager managing digital product initiatives
n
Strong understanding of how digital products are planned, built, launched, and enhanced over time
n
Excellent ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships
n
Exceptional communication skills, capable of providing transparent updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
n
Experience working directly with senior clients or business stakeholders
n
Ability to partner effectively with engineering and architecture teams on technical planning
n
Skilled in creating programme plans, status reports, roadmaps, RAID logs, and executive updates
n
Demonstrated ownership, organisation, and follow-through in complex projects
n




Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment with a proactive approach to programme governance
n
n
Nice to Have:
n
n
Experience in real estate technology, proptech, property management platforms, or related domains
n
Knowledge of platform modernisation, customer-facing applications, internal tools, portals, or enterprise digital products
n
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid delivery methodologies
n
Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana
n
Prior consulting or professional services experience, especially coordinating delivery across distributed or global teams
n
n
Preferred Education and Experience:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, or related fields
n
Minimum of 5 years experience managing digital product programmes or large-scale technology initiatives, preferably within the real estate or proptech sectors
n
n
Other Requirements:

n
Based in Sydney CBD with on-site work 3 to 4 days per week
n
Full-time employment or contract options available
n
Valid working rights for Australia
n
Ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving, client-facing environment
n
Willingness to travel occasionally if required
n
