About the Role
n
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will lead a small QA team and play a key role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, ensuring products and processes meet strict quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and mentor a QA team to meet quality and production targets
n
Drive continuous improvement across quality systems and processes
n
Manage non-conformance, corrective actions (CAPA), and audit activities
n
Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
n
Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain teams
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n




3+ years' experience in QA/QMS within manufacturing
n
Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
n
Solid knowledge of ISO **** and quality systems
n
Experience with NCR, CAPA, and internal audits
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
n
n
Experience in electronics or high-tech manufacturing
n
Exposure to IPCA600 and IPCA610
n
Continuous improvement / process optimisation experience
n
n
