Nichols Poultry is looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor to help strengthen our safety culture across our farming, production and transport operations.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you'll support site leaders and employees to identify risks, maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement across our safety management system.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
n
Manage hazards, incidents and injury reporting.
n
Support incident investigations and return-to-work processes.
n
Maintain risk registers and Safe Work Procedures.
n
Assist with Heavy Vehicle National Law compliance and contractor management.
n
Deliver toolbox talks and support consultation processes.
n




Coordinate emergency preparedness and drills.
n
Monitor HSE performance and support continuous improvement.
n
n
About You
n
You'll have:
n
n
Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety.
n
Minimum 3 years' HSE experience.
n
Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, logistics or transport (desirable).
n
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites.
n
