What the role entails:

Approaching existing & new contacts to identify potential leads and re-establish connections
n




Make outbound calls to nurture relationships and generate new business opportunities
n
Follow up on warm inbound leads and guide them through the sales process.
n
Serve as the first point of contact, building rapport and setting the foundation for long-term client relationships
n
Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system and provide regular updates on lead progress.

We would like someone who:

Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
Confidence in your abilities and a passion for real estate

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
