well-established 120-bed residential aged care home
in Sanctuary Point is seeking an experienced and
clinically capable Care Manager
to join the team.

About the Role
As
one of two Care Managers within the Home
, you will
lead, support and oversee
the clinical care team to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
This role combines
clinical leadership, team management, quality and compliance, and resident and family engagement
within a well-supported and fully compliant setting.
The home provides both
residential aged care and palliative care
, with no major areas of concern identified from a compliance perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
the clinical team to deliver safe, high-quality resident care
Manage
day-to-day clinical operations and support the nursing team
Monitor
clinical standards, documentation and care outcomes
Support
RNs and care staff with clinical leadership and guidance
Build
strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
Drive
quality and compliance across the home
Collaborate
with the Facility Manager, Clinical Nurse Lead and CNC
Respond
confidently to resident and family concerns when required

About You
You are a
clinically capable, committed and dependable
individual who genuinely supports residents,



families and your team through every stage of their care journey.
You will also bring:
At least 1 year of experience in a Care Manager role within residential aged care
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience leading and supporting nursing and care teams
Experience working within a residential aged care environment
Confidence managing clinical, resident and family matters
A genuine commitment to finding a long-term opportunity and building stability within your next role
