Civil Supervisor | Brisbane TMR Projects | $150k–$160k + Vehicle

We're working with an established Queensland civil contractor delivering a secured pipeline of TMR road construction projects across Brisbane.
n
This is a local role with the stability, resources and authority to run your section of works properly.

The Role
n
You'll take ownership of your section of works and be responsible for keeping daily site delivery moving safely, efficiently and in line with the program.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Planning and coordinating daily construction activities
n
Leading site crews and subcontractors
n
Coordinating plant, materials and upcoming work fronts
n
Driving safety, quality and programme outcomes
n
Working closely with engineers and project management
n
Identifying issues early and keeping delivery on track
n
Maintaining clear communication across the project team
n
n
What They're Looking For
n
n
Strong knowledge of roadworks, pavements, drainage and associated civil works
n
Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant and materials
n
A practical, hands-on leadership style
n
Strong planning and communication skills
n
Someone who takes ownership and leads from the front
n
n
This role will suit a capable Civil Supervisor who doesn't need unnecessary layers of management but does expect the crews, resources and project support required to deliver properly.
