With significant growth in business and ensuring a proactive service approach, Sunco Motors are looking for a full-time Service Manager to join our team.

You will be supported by a superior Group Management team and in turn, support our motivated and dedicated staff.
n
Responsibilities Include:
n
n
Manage the day-to-day productivity of your Service team to ensure Customer satisfaction
n
Guide, support, assess and review staff performance
n
Embody and lead a positive team culture
n
Complaint management and Quality Control
n
Compliance and Audit Management
n
Ensure your Service Team adheres to the Company Policies and Procedures and understands the importance of WHS
n
n
Key Characteristics of the Applicant Include:
n
n
Previous Automotive Service Supervisor / Management experience essential to progression -Dealership experienced will be highly regarded
n
Automotive Trade qualified with sound fault finding and diagnostics skills
n
The ability to work with computerised maintenance systems
n
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed KPI's including CSI's
n
Strong customer satisfaction approach (both internal and external customers)
n
Understanding of business needs and financial reporting
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
n

DMS experience preferred

Current Manual Driver's License(essential)
