Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am start. Pay Rate: $*****PH + Super + Daily Overtime.

The Role
n
We're looking for reliable and experienced individuals to perform reo tack welding. This is a crucial role, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to quality and safety. These positions guarantee up to 55-hour work week, providing reliable and consistent work.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Tack welding and full-penetration welding of steel reinforcement cages, prefabricated footings, columns, and mesh according to site plans.
n
Operating MIG, Stick, or flux-cored welding equipment safely and efficiently.
n
Interpreting engineering drawings, bend schedules, and structural plans.
n




Maintaining high quality and structural integrity on all welds to meet Australian standards.
n
Adhering to strict site health and safety guidelines at all times.
n

Requirements & Qualifications
n
n
Reo Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of direct experience welding reinforcing steel (rebar, cages, and prefabricated reo modules) is essential.
n
Valid trade qualifications or relevant ticketed welding experience.
n
Current White Card (General Construction Induction).
n
Strong ability to read and work directly from structural plans and schedules.
n
High attention to detail, reliability, and strong work ethic.
n
Physical fitness for heavy structural and steel fabrication tasks.
n
