Product Assistant - Homeware & Soft Home

Join Décor Innovations as our Junior Product Manager and get hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle. Working alongside our Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of developing and launching 3,000+ products across bedding, curtains, and homewares — including brands like Dreamaker, Cadence & Co., and Jack & Ava.

Assist in developing recent product ranges and contribute your own ideas
n
Research trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions
n
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to bring products to market on time
n
Review supplier samples, manage costing, and ensure quality standards are met
n

Product Development & Strategy
n
Assist in developing current product ranges and contribute your own ideas
n
Research trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions
n
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to bring products to market on time
n
Review supplier samples, manage costing, and ensure quality standards are met
n
Data & Systems
n




Keep product data accurate and up-to-date across all platforms
n
Maintain tracking systems and dashboards to give the team visibility on project progress
n
Create product information templates and manage launch documentation
n
Creative Support & Quality
n
Review marketing assets, photography, and packaging against product specs
n
Manage samples and maintain the showroom with current, on-brand displays
n
Check product quality, labelling, and compliance before products go live where appropriate
n
Performance & Sales
n
Work with the product and sales team to track product performance and manage reorders
n
Support reporting and analysis to inform ranging decisions
n
What We're Looking For
n
Essential
n
Experience in product, buying, or retail/wholesale (or you're early-career and really keen to learn)
n
Exceptional attention to detail — data accuracy and quality control matter to you
n
Comfortable with systems and numbers; quick to pick up new tools
n
Organised, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple projects without close supervision
n
A clear communicator who flags issues early and sees things through
n
Nice to Have
n
Experience with Saastify, NetSuite, or similar product management systems
n
A genuine passion for homewares, interior design, or product trends
