Job Summary

Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
n
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
n
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote positive employee engagement and advocacy.
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Act as a single point of contact for management within a respective region on all matters involving grievances, disputes, misconduct, performance management policies, and procedures.
n
Lead workplace investigations,
including confidential whistleblower investigations, and make recommendations to senior executives regarding outcomes.
n
Attend Fair Work Commission hearings, court proceedings, and other events as required.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industry Relations, Human Resources, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
n
At least 7 years in a senior generalist human resources position, with at least 5 years of specialist
employee/industrial
relations experience managing complex cases in a multi-site workplace.
n
Comprehensive understanding of the theoretical and practical application of the Fair Work Act and other statutes.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
