Job Description
Calvary The Mariner in South West Rocks, NSW, is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead the home's clinical services and governance. You will inspire and support two Clinical Care Coordinators and drive person-centred care across the home, with a focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Home Manager, you will embed Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards into everyday practice and partner with staff, residents and families to deliver exceptional care
