Nu-Pure Beverages is one of Australia's largest privately owned beverage manufacturers, producing a range of bottled water and beverage products for leading retail and commercial customers nationwide.

We are currently seeking motivated and safety-focused Line Operators to join our Horsley Park production team. In this hands-on role, you'll operate production machinery, maintain product quality standards and help ensure our manufacturing lines run efficiently.
n
This is a full-time permanent position working an 80-hour fortnight on a rotating 12-hour shift roster (6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00am), with overtime opportunities available.
n
About The Role
n
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Operating and monitoring production and packaging machinery
n
Identifying, reporting and resolving equipment or process issues
n
Conducting machine adjustments and basic fault-finding activities
n
Performing product quality checks and ensuring packaging standards are met
n
Monitoring line performance and recording production data
n
Completing changeovers and assisting with line maintenance activities
n
Safely handling materials and finished goods
n
Assisting with stock control activities, including material usage and stock takes
n
Maintaining housekeeping standards across the production area
n
Adhering to GMP, HACCP,



food safety and quality requirements
n
Following all workplace health and safety procedures and reporting hazards or incidents
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, production or packaging environment
n
Mechanical aptitude and basic fault-finding skills
n
A solid commitment to workplace health and safety
n
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
The ability to work independently and take initiative when required
n
Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
n
A current Forklift Licence (desirable)
n
Experience within the food and beverage manufacturing industry (highly regarded)
n
Knowledge of GMP and food safety requirements (highly regarded)
n
A willingness to participate in shift work
n
