We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Accountant to join our growing Melbourne team.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and capable Graduate Accountant to support the delivery of accounting, taxation, and SMSF compliance services across a diverse client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate looking to build a long‐term career within a supportive, fast‐paced, and progressive professional environment.
Working closely with senior accountants and managers, you will gain practical experience across a broad range of accounting and taxation services while developing strong technical and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of individual, company, trust, partnership, and SMSF tax returns
Assisting with preparation of financial statements and working papers
BAS and IAS preparation
Liaising with the ATO and clients regarding outstanding information
Assisting senior team members with client queries and compliance matters
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation




Supporting the wider accounting and client services teams as required
About You
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with Excel, Xero, Class, MYOB, Handisoft, or other accounting software is advantageous but not essential
Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong work ethic with a collaborative approach
Commercially and business‐minded
Enjoy working in a progressive and evolving professional environment
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
