Key Responsibilitiesn

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets
n
Lead, mentor and develop the sales and marketing team
n
Manage customer acquisition,



lead generation and conversion performance
n
Oversee digital marketing, advertising, branding and promotional activities
n
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights
n
Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, partners and suppliers
n
Drive continuous improvement across sales processes and customer experience
