Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a skilled and efficient manner.
n
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
n
Work closely with floor staff and management to ensure smooth service operations.
n
Assist with opening and closing procedures
n
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation in accordance with venue policies.
n

Skill & Experience
n
n
Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue.
n
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
n
knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a quick‐paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
n
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
n
Well‐presented, reliable, and punctual.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
