This position offers Part-Time or Full-Time hours (20–35 hours per week), with the chance to grow within a supportive and progressive pharmacy group.

Key Responsibilities

n

Provide exceptional customer service and patient care
n
Assist pharmacists with day-to-day dispensary operations
n
Process prescriptions and maintain workflow efficiency
n
Assist with stock control,



merchandising and inventory management
n
Support the delivery of qualified services and health initiatives
n
Maintain a clean, organised and compliant pharmacy environment
n
Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve business goals
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
Has previous experience working as a Pharmacy Assistant (essential)
n
Has solid communication and organisational skills
n
Is customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
n
Is reliable, motivated and able to work in a quick-paced environment
n
Demonstrates initiative and enjoys taking ownership of their work
n
Has a leadership mindset and is keen to develop into a leadership role
n
Is flexible and able to work as part of a cooperative team
n
Certificate III in Community Pharmacy and MINFOS experience are highly regarded, but not essential
n
