Internationally renown as the spiritual home of Australian Tennis, our extensive grounds set amongst manicured gardens and lawns, comprise 26 grass courts, 22 all weather en tout cas courts and 3 Plexicushion courts in the iconic Kooyong stadium.The clubhouse features a fully equipped gymnasium, 4 lane, 25 metre lap pool and spa, pro shop, 6 international standard squash courts,Racquet Club restaurant, Hopman Bistro and Members' Bar, as well as 6 conference spaces.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food & Beverage Shift Leader in a Full Time capacity to join our exceptional hospitality team, in Members Dining comprising the Racquet Club and Hopman Bistro.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
n

Providing and overseeing exceptional food and beverage service across A la Carte and Bistro dining.
n
Hands on supervising, and leading a team of food and beverage attendants on shift
n
Assisting with training and development of service staff on shift
n
n
Requirements and attributes:
n
n
Prior supervisory experience in a hospitality role
n
Strong familiarity with POS and related software
n
Keen attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to thrive and adapt in a busy environment
n
A fun can-do inspiring nature to engage and motivate staff on shift
n
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential
n
