We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join a high-performing team building modern, scalable products that make a real impact.

Base pay range

A$115,******/yr - A$130,******/yr

Responsibilities
n
n
Designing and delivering full-stack web applications that are secure, performant and built for scale.
n
Building clean, intuitive frontend experiences using up-to-date frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.
n
Developing backend services and APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI) or comparable frameworks.
n
Designing, maintaining, and optimising relational database structures (primarily PostgreSQL).
n
Using AI development tools to accelerate coding, documentation, testing, and workflow efficiency.
n

What You'll Bring
n
n




7+ years of commercial engineering experience building production‐grade software.
n
Practical experience using AI coding tools (Copilot, OpenAI assistants, etc.)
n
Experience on the Backend using Python
n
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and database management with PostgreSQL.
n
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or similar containerisation tools.
n
n
Melbourne-based role | Hybrid | 3 days per week in the office.
n
$116,000 – $130,000 + Super
