Strong SAP HR functional expertise covering Employee Central, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and HR business processes.

Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions.

Good understanding of HR integrations, data migration, reporting, and security/role design concepts.
n
Experience supporting end-to-end project lifecycle including design, testing, training, and deployment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery teams.

Deep SAP Payroll functional knowledge including payroll configuration, wage types, schema/rules, and payroll operations.
n
Ability to work directly with payroll business teams to understand legislative, award, and operational requirements.
n
Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation, defect management, and production support activities.
n
Good understanding of payroll integrations, time management, finance posting, and downstream systems.
n
Able to translate complex payroll business requirements into practical SAP payroll solutions and guide technical teams.

Requirements

Strong SAP Finance expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
n
Ability to facilitate workshops with Finance stakeholders and convert business requirements into SAP design solutions.
n
Experience with S/4HANA Finance processes, month-end close, controls, reporting, and compliance requirements.
n
Good understanding of finance integrations, data migration, testing, and
reporting/analytics
requirements.
n
Robust stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business, architecture, and technical delivery teams.
