Job Description

Mercer is seeking a senior leader to head the Mercer Super advice proposition, delivering member-focused advice services and coordinating strategy across distribution. Based in Sydney, the role is hybrid with in-office presence required three days a week.

You will oversee intrafund advice, manage advisers and licensees, and drive growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk controls. Solid stakeholder engagement and industry knowledge are essential.
