An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the operational and commercial performance of a multi-outlet hospitality operation. Reporting to the Head of Hospitality, you will oversee daily operations across restaurants, bars and kiosks while driving revenue growth, operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.

You will work closely with culinary, marketing and asset management teams to deliver engaging hospitality experiences, maximise venue performance and build a culture focused on accountability, collaboration and service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the commercial performance, budgeting and profitability of multiple hospitality outlets.
n
Driving operational excellence, service standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Leading, coaching and developing venue leadership teams to achieve exceptional results.
n




Delivering successful venue activations, events and customer engagement initiatives.
n
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners while ensuring compliance across all operations.

Candidate Profile

You are a commercially minded hospitality leader with experience managing complex food and beverage operations. You are passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating strong commercial outcomes through effective leadership.

You will also bring:

Proven leadership experience within hospitality, venue or multi-site food and beverage operations.
n
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
n
Exceptional leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience improving operational performance while maintaining premium service standards.
n
Sound knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and workplace health and safety requirements.
