Working alongside our Technology Operations Manager, this is an office-first role primarily responsible for:

improvement to client and business processes, and technology management;

Assist functional heads in updating and utilising product & services; and

Ensuring compliant and excellent client experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Client Services and Operational experience is required;

Financial Services experience is preferable.
