Estimator/Supervisor
to join our team in Toowoomba.

The Role
n
n
Estimate, schedule and supervise insurance building repairs.
n
Manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
n
Work closely with the Construction Manager.
n
Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
n
Meet and exceed KPIs using our industry‐leading systems.
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction (Essential).
n
Willingness to obtain a QBCC Supervisor Licence (Essential).
n
Cert III in Carpentry (Highly regarded).




n
Current White Card and Driver Licence.
n
Experience estimating, scheduling and supervising repairs.
n
Knowledge of NCC, building regulations and WHS requirements.
n
Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
n
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office + ability to learn new systems).
n
High attention to detail and quality.
n
Strong organisation and time management.
n
Commitment to safety.
n
n
Insurance experience and water claims knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
n
