What you will do
n
As executive coordinator, you will provide high-quality coordination and administrative support across the Office of the General Counsel. You will help keep key legal and business processes organised, accurate and running smoothly.
n
Maintain confidential records, databases and statutory delegation registers.
n
Prepare, review and coordinate sensitive business documents and delegation assurance processes.
n
Support effective office operations through administration, invoice management and record keeping.
n
Build strong working relationships across the department and with external contacts.
n
Improve practical processes and provide support to senior leaders as needed.
n
About you
n
There are no mandatory qualifications for this role.
n
Strong experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating complex administrative work.
n
Excellent skills using Microsoft applications, databases and records systems.
n
Sound judgement to manage competing priorities, solve problems and work with limited direction.
n
Clear communication skills, a collaborative approach and a commitment to inclusion.
n
