About the Role Angeles Fine Foods Australia is seeking an experienced Food Sales Representative to manage and grow a well-established territory across Brisbane North and the Sunshine Coast - calling on independent supermarkets, IGAs, and specialty retailers. This is a retail-focused role: we're looking for someone who already lives in the independent grocery channel, not food service.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Manage and grow existing accounts across Brisbane North (Chermside, North Lakes, Aspley, Caboolture and surrounding suburbs) and the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra, Maroochydore, Noosa and surrounding regional areas)
n
Open new business within the independent retail channel - this role requires genuine cold-account development, not just servicing an existing patch
n
Execute promotions and launches of new and seasonal products
n
Develop strategic call cycles and store plans to grow your territory
n
Build relationships with buyers, department managers, and key decision-makers
n




Ensure brand presence and performance in-store through proactive account support
n
What You Must Bring
n
Current sales experience selling into independent retail (IGA, delis, specialty grocers, MSOs) - food service-only experience will not be considered a substitute
n
A demonstrated track record of opening new retail accounts from cold, not just managing an inherited list
n
Robust negotiation and communication skills
n
Results-driven, proactive, and resilient mindset
n
Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision
n
Own vehicle and valid Australian driver's licence (car allowance provided)
n
