As we continue to grow and prepare to open our second hospitality venue, we're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager/senior cooks/sous chefs wanting their first leadership role to take ownership of our established kitchen.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step away from late nights/very early mornings and split shifts while still leading a professional kitchen.

About the Role
n
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our established kitchen.
n
The menu, systems and suppliers are already in place, allowing you to focus on delivering consistently high-quality food, leading the team and maintaining excellent kitchen standards.

Your Responsibilities
n

Lead the daily operation of the kitchen
n
Maintain consistency, presentation and food quality
n
Manage ordering and stock control
n
Monitor food costs and minimise waste
n
Train and support kitchen staff
n
Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
n
Maintain a positive and skilled kitchen culture
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience leading a commercial kitchen not essential but preferred
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Passion for quality food and attention to detail
n
Ability to lead by example
n
Reliable, calm and skilled under pressure
n
Excellent food safety knowledge
n
n
Trade qualifications are welcomed but not essential. We're looking for the right person with the right attitude and leadership skills.
