Position: Lead/Principal Civil Design Engineer

Responsibilities
Spearhead civil design and engineering efforts for mining and heavy industrial ventures
Undertake in business development activities and use your existing network to grow the business line.
Participate, review and endorse detailed civil design drawings and documentation utilizing Civil 3D, Open Roads, Navisworks or equivalent approved.
Coordinate with internal and external team members, including structural, mechanical, and electrical teams
Responsible for adherence to engineering standards and local regulations
Provide guidance to junior engineers and aid in their professional growth
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering within the mining/heavy industrial sectors
Chartered/ProfessionalEngineer status
Proficiency in Civil 3D, Open Roads, and Navisworks
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Background in cross-discipline project coordination
Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively
