What you will have:

A relevant qualification - Diploma of Early Childhood or equivalent.
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English language.
n
Proven experience working in an early childhood leadership role.
n
Willing to be proactive in designing & implementing curriculum.
n
Bright, friendly,energetic & ateam player.
n




Dedicated to developing meaningful relationships with children & their families.
n
Solid understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n

What you will do:

Ensure that a developmentally & educationally appropriate program is planned & implemented for each child.
n
Assess the needs of each child, monitor their progress & ensure school readiness.
n
Lead and supervise educators & trainees.
n
Maintain effective communication with families and community.
n
Maintain a positive working relationship with all staff members.
n
Manage the kinder resources effectively.
n
Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times.
