What You'll Do
n

Lead the design and review of adaptable and rigid pavement systems
n
Provide technical oversight on pavement materials, mix designs and concrete mix registers
n
Drive high‐quality technical reporting, design documentation and drawing reviews
n
Lead multidisciplinary collaboration on major infrastructure projects
n
Guide and mentor junior engineers, supporting capability uplift
n
Identify and manage risks across projects, applying safety in design principles
n
Contribute to and review proposals,
including technical inputs and costings
n
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, quality systems and client requirements
n
Influence project outcomes to deliver best‐for‐client, productive and cutting-edge solutions
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
~8+ years' experience in pavement engineering
n
Strong expertise in flexible and rigid pavement design and technical reporting
n
Solid understanding of geotechnical inputs (desirable)
n
Proven ability to lead technical deliverables across projects
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
n
Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
High attention to detail with a solid quality and delivery focus
n

Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
n
Chartered Engineer status (or close to completion)
