Monash Health in Kingston seeks a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (Grade 3) to provide expert mental health nursing in Residential Aged Care, performing assessments and developing treatment plans.
You will work autonomously in the community, mentor junior staff, deliver education, and collaborate with GPs, carers and families as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Two positions available: a full-time ongoing role and a fixed-term part time role until December ****.
