Associate IT Recruiter at Kaizen Global Technologies
Employment Type: Permanent | Location: Sydney | Experience: 7+ years | Eligibility: Right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, valid visa holders)
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and customise Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and communities
Develop Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex, Flows and Integration solutions
Manage portal security, authentication, roles, profiles, community user setup and sharing models
Implement Experience Cloud templates, branding, custom themes, and site builder configurations
Work closely with functional, business and UX teams to deliver scalable community solutions
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP, middleware, APIs




Handle deployment using CI/CD, SFDX, Git and DevOps processes
Must Have Skills
Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)
Salesforce configuration & security model
Authentication (SSO, SAML, OAuth), Identity
API & integration hands‐on
