Job Description
1.ProvideEnd-to-End Test Workplace consultation throughout the Testing phases.
2.TestEnvironment Management Strategy creation along with Client Stakeholders.
3.Testenvironment landscape mapping; health-check setup and monitoring.
4.EnterpriseReleasecoordination and tracking.
5.Triageand resolution support for Incident, Problem and Service Requests.
6.Extensiveexperienceon one of the ITSM process and associated ticketing tools(ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
7.ITILcertificationis preferred.
Minimum years of experience = 8 years
