WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
n
n
Lead the finance function and partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
n
Lead, mentor and develop a small finance team and because it's a small team you will comfortable jumping in and helping out when needed.
n
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term financial modelling and scenario analysis
n
Provide commercial insights and data-driven recommendations
n
Contribute to strategy development,



growth analysis and business improvement initiatives
n
Drive finance transformation, automation and efficiency projects
n
Champion technology, data analytics and AI-enabled solutions
n
Maintain financial controls, governance frameworks and compliance activities
n
Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital
n
Oversee revenue integrity and billing accuracy
n
Manage relationships with external advisers and regulatory stakeholders
n
Identify risks and opportunities affecting organisational sustainability
n

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
n
n
CA or CPA qualification
n
Minimum 10 years' senior finance leadership experience
n
Experience in mergers and acquisitions
n
Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance or equivalent
n
Strong commercial acumen and strategic capability
n
Experience in transformation, automation and process improvement
n
Passion for technology, data and AI-driven business improvement
n
Aged care, disability or healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential
n
