Job Description
Our Melbourne-based Owners Corporation team is seeking an experienced Manager to lead a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 entities, delivering exceptional service to committees, owners and stakeholders.
You will foster robust relationships, chair Committee Meetings and AGMs, coordinate repairs and capital works, and ensure compliance with the Owners Corporations Act, budgets and financial reporting.
