We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our soon-to-open Melbourne Central store.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering day-to-day store operations with energy and precision
n




Coaching and developing team members to create a fun, positive and performance-driven environment
n
Delivering exceptional in-store experiences through customer-first service
n
Managing stock, merchandising, and promotional execution
n
Driving results while keeping team culture front and centre
n

Who You Are
n
n
Proven experience in a retail leadership role, ideally at Assistant Store Manager level
n
Experience in beauty or fashion retail is highly regarded
n
Hands-on and confident leading from the floor in a fast-paced retail environment
n
Robust understanding of customer service, stock management, and driving sales performance
n
A supportive and accountable leader who leads by example, builds team capability, and brings a results-driven mindset
n
