About the Role
We're on the lookout for a agile Junior Project Manager to join the Ultimate Fitouts team, helping bring commercial fitout projects to life across Melbourne.
Based full-time in our Glen Iris office, you'll support the delivery of high-quality projects from planning through to completion working closely with our team to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing
Assisting in the development and delivery of detailed project plans to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
Coordinating and supporting project teams, including designers, trades, and subcontractor
Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and keeping all stakeholders informed
Ensuring compliance with building codes, OH&S; regulations, and quality standards
Working closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure it's delivered
Preparing project estimates and managing resources for on-time, on-budget completion
Carrying out administrative tasks that support the successful delivery of your projects
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager, ideally within fitouts or commercial construction
Strong grasp of project management principles, tools, and methodologies




Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Skilled in planning, budgeting, scheduling and managing risk
Sound knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and safety practices
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
