We're looking for experienced Architectural Technicians and Senior Architectural Technicians with strong Revit and technical documentation skills to join a well-regarded mid-sized practice.
n
The studio is currently delivering a range of significant projects across large-scale Mixed-Use, Multi-Residential and Commercial developments, with a strong pipeline of work ahead.
n
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
n
n
Producing accurate and detailed Revit construction documentation
n
Maintaining high technical and documentation standards
n
Contributing to technical and design resolution
n
Coordinating with consultants, stakeholders and relevant authorities
n
Working closely with architects, technicians and project leaders
n
Assisting project teams to meet key documentation and delivery deadlines
n
Identifying and resolving technical issues throughout the documentation process
n
n
Location: Sydney
n Salary:$90,000 – $120,000 + Super

Additionally, to be considered for this role you must have:
n
n
Qualifications in Architecture.
n
Proficient understanding of REVIT - ESSENTIAL.
n
Min. 5 years of local post grad Australian experience - ESSENTIAL.
n
REVIT
Documentation/Drawings
you can provide to demonstrate your REVIT proficiency.
n
Relevant experience working on various large projects in Australia.
n
Familiar with Australian Standards & Codes.
n
Australian or NZ Citizen, or PR.
n
