About the Role
We are seeking aFront Desk Coordinatorto be the welcoming face of our practice.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to create seamless patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient engagement– Build rapport, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth patient journey
Phone and email coordination– Maintain clear and professional communication
Administrative excellence– Manage correspondence, invoices, stock, and accurate patient records
Patient accounts and invoicing– Process payments, including HICAPS transactions
Software proficiency– Monitor and manage Carestack communications and data entry
Treatment coordination– Assist in organising treatment plans, preparing documentation, and educating patients
Who We're Looking For
Haveexperience in Dental Administration and/or Dental Assisting
Arewarm, professional, and patient-focused
Excel infast-paced, team-oriented environments
Arehighly organisedwith a meticulous eye for detail
Communicateclearly, confidently, and professionally
Excellentcomputer literacy skills, Carestack dental software experience (training provided), and document preparation abilities.
Take pride in ensuringaccuracy and high standardsin your work
Are anAustralian citizen or permanent resident
