The Chance We're looking for an experienced Crusher Operator to join a mining operation in the Northern Territory on a 2:2 FIFO roster, alternating days and nights. This role will see you operating a mobile crushing and screening plant while assisting with production, maintenance, and general site operations. Flights, accommodation, and travel time are all paid.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate mobile crushing and screening equipment safely and efficiently
n
Conduct daily pre-start inspections and report faults
n
Monitor production rates and material quality
n
Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and minor repairs
n
Safely transparent blockages and assist with major maintenance activities
n
Follow site safety procedures, JHAs, SWMS, and isolation (LOTO) requirements
n
Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel
n
Maintain accurate production and equipment records
n

What We're Looking For Essential

Experience operating a mobile crusher on a mine site
n

Strong commitment to safety and site procedures
n
Ability to work a rotating day/night roster
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
