About You

Proven background in mechanical maintenance engineering within heavy industry.

Solid capability in equipment reliability and failure investigations.

Experience developing maintenance work scopes and engineering solutions.
n
Ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
n
Degree qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
n
Eligible to work in Australia.

We are working with a leading resources client to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a long-term contract through to the end of June ****. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing maintenance team, providing engineering support across a large-scale processing operation.
n
Working an 8/6 roster (Wednesday to Wednesday) with 12-hour days, you will fly FIFO from Townsville to a regional Queensland site. In this role, you will provide technical maintenance engineering support, conduct failure investigations, develop maintenance work scopes and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance.
n
You will work closely with operations and maintenance teams to deliver safe, reliable and efficient plant performance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
n
