We are a boutique law firm based in Coffs Harbour, with a significant family law practice.

You'll join a small, highly skilled team of three, working directly with solicitor Shad Barends.

The role

n

As our Family Law Paralegal, you will support the delivery of high-quality legal services across family law matters.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
Preparing documents, correspondence and regulatory materials.
n
Managing matter files, deadlines and project milestones.
n
Conducting searches and assisting with legal research (training provided).
n
Liaising with clients, consultants and experts.
n
Assisting with billing, file administration and workflow improvements.
n
Supporting preparation of reports, submissions and court documents.
n

About you

No formal legal qualifications are required, and no prior experience in family law is needed.

n
