TP Human Capital is seeking experienced Refinery
Labourers/Operators
for an ongoing work with our large-scale heavy industrial operation client.
n
This role suits reliable, hard working labourers with operating experience, who are safety-focused and experienced in working in faced-paced, labour intensive environments.
n
About the Role
n
You will be responsible for safely operating, monitoring, cleaning and maintaining plant equipment within the electrolysis area to ensure production targets are achieved.
n
You will need to be fit, able to work in a physically demanding role in a 4/4 roster (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off) for ***** hours per shift.
n
We are offering $***** per hour (casual, on-going work, with perm roles for outstanding workers)
n
Key Duties
n
n
Operate and monitor refinery plant and equipment
n
Complete shift logs, check sheets and basic preventative maintenance tasks
n
Participate in shift handovers
n
Maintain high housekeeping standards
n
Identify faults and report maintenance requirements
n
Follow lockout procedures and site safety requirements
n
Assist during shutdowns, breakdowns and emergency situations
n
Contribute to TPM and continuous improvement initiatives
n
n
About the Candidate
n
n
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transport
n
Previous experience in heavy industry or processing plants (highly desirable)
n
Experience with preventative maintenance (advantageous)
n
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
n
Solid commitment to safety
n
Basic computer skills
n
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
n
Ability to work rotating ***** hour shifts (2 days / 2 nights)
n
